2.       Gambaran aplikasi:

IceHRM menawarkan software kehadiran versi hosted/berbayar dan kamu bisa hosting software-nya sendiri dengan cara upload source code yang dibagikan di website resminya, gratis. Versi gratisnya gratis untuk perusahaan dengan maksimal 20 karyawan. Itu berarti, perusahaan/organisasi kecil dapat mendapat keuntungan dari versi gratisannya tanpa menginstall/maintenance yang ribet.

IceHRM mengelola karyawan dengan mudah melalui Sistem Manajemen SDM yang kuat dan efisien. IceHrm menawarkan fitur solusi host yang kaya dan kebebasan untuk menjadi tuan rumah contoh Anda sendiri dengan menggunakan versi opensource.

4.       User friendly atau tidak? :

-          Cukup user friendly dan navigasi di dalam aplikasi terbilang cukup umum dan simple yang lebih mudah dalam berinteraksi dengan pemakai nya.

5.       Kelebihan dan kekurangan:

Dengan antarmuka software yang lebih modern daripada yang lain, penggunaan IceHRM menjadi mudah. Beberapa fitur unggulannya adalah leave management, tracking waktu dan kehadiran, informasi karyawan, serta upload dokumen sekaligus download report dalam format CSV. Support yang mumpuni juga menjadikan iceHRM adalah opsi kuat untuk software kehadiran gratis/open source.

Karena sasaran utama adalah usaha kecil dan menengah, jadi software ini mungkin bukan yang terbaik untuk berfungsi maksimal di perusahaan besar.

6.       Perusahaan yang menerapkan aplikasi:

Setiap organisasi membutuhkan Sistem Manajemen SDM yang baik dan tentu saja efisien. Banyak sistem manajemen SDM yang menyertakan modul berbeda untuk Personalia (jam masuk, waktu dan kehadiran) dan Organisasi (rekrutmen, pelatihan, keuntungan dan performa). Informasinya menyediakan beberapa akses. Pada umumnya Perusahaan atau organisasi kecil maupun besar memakai beberapa sistem manajemen SDM terbaik yang berbasis Open Source dan salah satu nya adalah IceHRM.

My Role Model

I choose Raditya Dika as my role model who inspired me. Raditya Dika is a writer, comedian, actor, actor, model and director from Indonesia. Raditya Dika is known as the author of witty books. He wrote down his daily experience, the writings came from personal blogs which were then posted. The book written in 2005 titled "Kambing Jantan" in the category of best seller. The book features the life of Raditya Dika while studying in Australia.

Raditya writing can be classified as a new genre. When he released these books, not many could enter the comedy world. Especially magazines in personal (personal essay). He has distinctive features when compared with other authors, namely in each title of the paper he wrote always raised the names of the wrong animal is "Kambing Jantan".

Raditya managed to become a writer by getting out of the mainstream. He came up with a fresh new genre, comedy. Which makes him different from other names that can be used in each book title. From the first to the newest book, all titles contain animal names. For Raditya, this is the point of sale.

According to him, as a writer still must have innovation. Actually, in the first months, the book of struggle is not very good. This, according to Raditya, is a type of entry in a new genre. Raditya then aggressively promote on blogs that he managed. In addition he also intensified promotion by word of mouth. Raditya admits his readers to take pictures with the book and then sent to Raditya. This is a strategy that can be used as a target market.

Being a successful writer does not mean there are no obstacles. According to him, the obstacles are not only from industrial books, but also from things that are diagonal. The point, the opposite of the book industry may not be another book industry but other industries that do not exist at all, entertainment, and so on.

For Raditya this is already prevalent. What needs to be done is to keep creative and creative. For him, the competition is the key to innovate. Competitor pressure can be a motivation to continue to provide new ideas and abilities.

                Million people that is one in nine, 2/3 live in asia pacific, Lack of food leads to Malnutrition worsens the effect of every, Children are the most visible victims of malnourishment, Each year, malnutrition cause the death of 3,1 million children, Question: Does the world produce enough food to feed everyone? Yes, the world Produces enough food to feed everyone.

                Then why is food so scarce? It’s a multi layered problem with many factors, Here are factors contributing to the food shortage Problems, Local farmers face many difficulties. Percent of the world’s poorest people are farming families depending on agriculture for livelihood. Increasing creation of inedible products ethanol, And due to poor storage facilities and practices.

                We seen a percent expansion in recent years in using crops like sugar, corn and soy to create fuels for gas tanks, and that’s taking away food crops from people and making what there is more expensive. Economic and is the principle cause of hunger. Resources and income based on military, political, and economic power leading to vast, Billion people in developing countries live on less than $1,25 a day.

                Million refugees were affected by conflict worldwide. Food and agriculture Policy sometime is detrimental to poor farmers. Require a shift in crops and farmng practices. flooding and, Drought, Can devastate farmers and their families, entire crops

.

                Let’s review those three factors contributing to food scarcity: farming problems, economic and social conflict, and climate changes, food scarcity isn’s just a problem for those living in developing countries, It is a global, we shouldn’t wait until it starts affecting us, America waste 33 million tons of food each year.

                Before we take, Because having food and water should be a basic human right. There are multiple ways we can be part of the educate yourself about the issue. Learning more about the situation will allow you to effectively help. Informed of legislation that is passed that will influence the food and trade laws around the world. Aware of how you are spending your money. Will you wait is more years to take action? of course we will take action immediately.

               Hello, my name is ahmad mirza, I am the person if there are new friends like awkward kinda stiff, but if already know more closely I am cool person, humble, like to make people laugh and because I am also happy to make other people laugh freely, I like attention , joking if with a friend, if I have a lot of my mind often daydreaming, and sometimes away from the crowd even can stay away with friends or friends.

                So if I have a personal problem, I will temporarily stay away and rarely talk much in class. I am the type if I learn and do not understand I will find out by asking a friend who knows, or looking for other information such as searching on the internet, my bad nature when I have a lot of thoughts and have my problem a little hotheaded though little or can not be invited to joke when badmood.

                When in this condition becomes a final student, it seems like the burden of life is very heavy, Tired, confused, lack of focus will be the goal in this final semester, the best solution is to reduce the burden itself by trying to do what I want to do and follow what is in the heart, to seek as much information as possible until the burden of the mind is reduced, and also not just try it, but do not forget to keep praying and more active to perform religious activities.
